Tri-Color Tortellini with Creamy Pesto Sauce

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. tortellini
  • 2 1/2 oz. grilled chicken
  • 1 oz. mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. basil pesto
  • 2 oz. heavy cream
  • 2 oz. alfredo sauce base
  • 1 oz. olive oil
  • 1 oz garlic

    Directions

    1. Heat sauté pan and add olive oil and garlic. Heat garlic, then add chicken and mushrooms.



    2. Add alfredo base with heavy cream and heat until hot. Add pesto and stir well.



    3. Add tortellini, toss with sauce.



    4. Top with tomatoes and cheese.
