Pear Pie

Ingredients

  • Frozen pie crust (regular size)
  • Whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pear halves

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 355°.



    2. Cut the pears into 1/8-inch slices. Arrange them on pie crust evenly.



    3. Mix whipping cream, sugar and egg. Pour over pears in pie crust.



    4. Bake for one hour.



    Serve at room temperature or chilled.
