12 Jalapeno peppers
8 oz package Cream Cheese
1/2 to 3/4 lb pulled pork or other leftover meat
1 lb thin sliced bacon
3Eyz BBQ rub
Combine Cream Cheese & Pork BBQ with some of the Rub and mix well.
Slice Jalapeño peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds
Fill with Cream cheese Mixture and Wrap with 1/2 slice of bacon
sprinkle with rub and put on indirect side of grill or on the smoker for 45 min to 1 hour until bacon is done.
