Ingredients

  • Flax Plus 1000mg Omega 3 Waffles
  • Farm raised eggs
  • Sugar free maple syrup
  • Country style potatoes
  • Chicken apple sausage



    Ingredients can be found a your local health food store.

    Directions

    1. In a skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, place sausage over medium heat until browned.



    2. In a separate skillet with non-stick cooking spray, place potatoes on medium heat until tender and brown.



    3. In separate skillet on medium high heat, place one ice cube in skillet and let melt. Add farm raised eggs and poach until whites have become firm. Toast waffles.
