1 lb sliced or chopped cabbage
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp tumeric powder
Salt to taste
4 chopped cloves of garlic
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Heat oil on medium, when hot, add mustard seeds.
When it sputters, add tumeric powder and chopped garlic.
When garlic changes color, add the cabbage and salt.
Just stir fry it for a few minutes.
When done, add cilantro to garnish.
You can also add chopped tomatoes and green peppers.
