WAYNESBORO -- Terry Ray Crouse appeared in Waynesboro General District Court Friday morning via web-cam from Middle River Regional Jail.

A judge did not set bond for him and his next court date is on March 19th.

He's charged with sexual battery and forcible sodomy.

Police said the victim was a young teenager when the abuse started and that the abuse spanned more than two years.
