80s pop, classic rock
Favorite dance style:
Where are you from? Where did you go to college?
Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, I was raised in Annandale, Virginia and completed my bachelor’s degree in Psychology at JMU.
Occupation and other community service you are involved in:
Self-employed restaurateur: part owner of both Joshua Wilton House and Rick’s Cantina.
Fun facts about you:
I’m a halfway decent bowler, survived 12 years of Catholic school, have a miniature Schnauzer named Ludwig von Schnauzer and gave my sister away at her wedding in Vegas in May.
Why did you decide to participate in DWTS?
I like to support my community and I enjoy dancing. I have been to the event in years past and it looks like a lot of fun. Additionally, my godson attends Harrisonburg-Rockingham Daycare so I want to do what I can to support that organization.
I love to dance because…. It makes me feel good.
If there was one thing that we could focus on about you as we promote DWTS, what would that one thing be? I think I’m fairly well-recognized/well-known because of my very public image after being out front at the Joshua Wilton House for the past 20 years and the past year at Rick’s.
