Background:
I was born and raised in Northern Virginia. I graduated from JMU and have lived in Harrisonburg ever since.

Occupation and other community service you are involved in: I co-own University Outpost, the off-campus bookstore, serving JMU. I am on the Board of Directors of both the Harrisonburg Education and JMU Foundations.

Fun facts about you: My husband and I have five boys and three girls--ages twenty-three to six.
I'm known for my facial flaws, called dimples:)
My in-laws live in my backyard.

Why did you decide to participate in DWTS?TI'm a huge fan of the show, I like music, and I am impressed with the caliber of the Harrisonburg rendition.

I love to dance because…. lettin' loose is always such a great stress reliever.
