Democratic presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich plans to attend a Charlottesville fundraising event.
The Ohio congressman and former Cleveland mayor is scheduled to speak to supporters at the December 7 event at the Albemarle County Office Building.
Kucinich, an outspoken critic of the U.S. military presence in Iraq, is the third presidential candidate to come to Charlottesville this fall to raise money.
Senator Hillary Clinton raised $200,000 in a September appearance with best-selling author John Grisham. Senator Barack Obama raised more than $300,000 during an October rally.
