WINCHESTER, Va. (AP) -- Vice President Joe Biden, Sen. Marco Rubio and former Rep. Ron Paul are lending their voices to the final day of the acrimonious race for Virginia governor.
Biden is set to campaign Monday with Democratic nominee Terry McAuliffe near Washington. Rubio and Paul are slated to appear at rallies throughout the state with Republican hopeful Ken Cuccinelli.
The last-minute campaigning comes ahead of Tuesday's election that's going to be decided by the few Virginians who choose to vote. The state Board of Elections chief says turnout could be as low as 30 percent of registered voters.
Polls show McAuliffe ahead and campaign finance reports show a dramatically lopsided dynamic, with television airtime tilted in McAuliffe's favor by a 10-to-1 margin.
