Larry Wills is another new face on the board, but he has served on the Board of Supervisors before.
Wills was elected to the Board of Supervisors in 1991.
He was one of five new faces back then.
Now, he is elected again and he is one of five new faces this time as well.
We spoke with him Tuesday night at the Republican Headquarters in Staunton to see how what he expects for the first of the year.
"I would anticipate that you are looking at a three to six month time frame for everybody to really get to understand each other and understand where people's emphasis and concerns are, "said Wills.
The current members of the Board of Supervisors will serve until the end of the year.
