Nurse Trial on '48 Hours Mystery'

The story behind the murder of a Morgantown man, who at first was believed to have died accidentally in a house fire, is being featured on the CBS television show "48 Hours Mystery."

The hour-long episode about the Michelle Michael murder trial is titled "Death Without Mercy." It will air at 10 p.m. Saturday.

The 35-year-old nurse was convicted in July of first-degree murder and arson for the November 2005 death of her husband, James.

Prosecutors say Michelle Michael fatally drugged her husband before setting their house on fire.

During her interview with "48 Hours" correspondent Susan Spencer, Michael continued to proclaim her innocence.
