Chris Brown says he doesn't remember savagely beating Rihanna and still loves his former girlfriend.
The 20-year-old from Tappahannock, Virginia tells People magazine and CNN's Larry King that his feelings haven't changed for Rihanna since the February beating. Brown was sentenced to five years of probation and six months of community labor last week on a felony assault charge.
A judge also ordered the pair to stay away from each other.
Brown tells King in an interview scheduled to air Wednesday night that he is still in shock about his actions.
Brown tells People in a story that arrives on newsstands Friday that he called his mother the night of the attack.
