Mona See won the top prize in 10x the Money in the Virginia Lottery. She won $100,000.

See couldn't believe her eyes when she scratched off the numbers.

“I showed the lady who sold it to me,” she told Virginia Lottery officials as she claimed her prize. “She couldn’t believe it either.”

See bought the ticket at the 7-Eleven on Augusta Ave. in Grottoes. She bought two tickets with the $10 she had won in the Redskins Legacy Scratcher game.

See says when she started scratching the ticket, she knew she had won at least $50.
"Then I scratched underneath and it was ten thousand. Then it dawned on me that it was ten times ten thousand."

She plans to pay her bills with her winnings.
