CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) -- West Virginia's trout anglers are gearing up for the first-ever celebration of the state's trout-fishing heritage.
The inaugural Mountain State Trout Festival has been scheduled to begin June 1 at Snowshoe Mountain Resort.
