Rising Country Star from Shenandoah University

Lindsey Jacobs, a junior at Shenandoah University is singing her way to a recording gig with Rascal Flatts after winning a karaoke competition against hundreds of other singers across the country.

She needs your vote to win.

Jacobs explained, "I'm a huge country fan, of course. I love Carrie Underwood, and i love Rascal Flatts, so of course, my friends surprised me and took me to their concert for my birthday. They knew what a big fan I was. It's crazy."

Jacobs says she's been singing since she could talk and won the first round of the competition at a concert over the summer. She's up against 24 other contestants from across the country.
