Next month's Virginia Film Festival will feature director Oliver Stone, actress Sissy Spacek and Hustler publisher Larry Flynt presenting and discussing several movies.
Stone will present his Oscar-winning "JFK" at the University of Virginia's Center for Politics. Spacek and her husband, art director Jack Fisk, will present a restored print of "Badlands," and Flynt will present a 15th anniversary screening of "The People vs. Larry Flynt," a biographical drama about his life, featuring a free-speech case involving a parody of the Rev. Jerry Falwell.
U.Va.'s College and Graduate School of Arts & Sciences is presenting the festival Nov. 3-6.
