The White Sulphur Springs resort is hosting its inaugural Winterfest Weekend from Friday through Sunday.

Tickets for non-registered resort guests are $15.

Professional ice carvers will vie for individual and team honors on the resort's front lawn Saturday and Sunday.

For a $10 entry fee, golfers can compete for prizes on the Meadows Course. The tournament will be held on the first and 18th holes Saturday.
