AP Reports: Virginia Senate passes two-year, $85 billion budget.
After voting against the $85 billion budget necessary to fund Virginia government three times over the past two months, the state Senate abruptly took up and passed the spending plan Wednesday.

    I Salute Senator Colgan. The problem in the past has been Democrates, like Kaine, that spend too much money in areas like northen Virginia maintaining thier voting base and keeping them dependent on the government and forgetting about the rest of the Great State of Virginia. I hope all consider this when they vote in the Fall for our U.S. Senator. we do not need Kaine!
