    how can officers really tell that you are on your phone?.. unless your being obvious..I know if i'm getting pulled over the last thing on my mind is going to be my phone.

    The only way to stop people from texting or chatting on the phone and this includes police because they are no better than we are is to punish the offenders by heavy fines or in the police case they should be fired on the spot,or lose of driving privilege. Period! no excuses.!
