Va. House Advances 'Personhood' Bill

The Virginia House of Delegates advanced legislation Monday stating that human life begins at conception and rejected an amendment aimed at clarifying that birth control would remain legal.

    This bill was patroned by Delegate Marshall which means it has EVERYTHING to do with abortion. He is consumed with this issue and this bill, if it becomes law, will be a precursor for what he has in the "on deck circle, waiting to be next up"!
