Rock Harbor

This new jewel in the Shenandoah Valley is distinct in its abundance of rock, water and orchards. Its elevation variance and course length stretches from the shortest course of 3800 yards to the longest of 7200 yards. Spacious tee boxes, rolling greens of Penn A-4 Bent grass, and a variety of shot options provide a schematic for all levels of play.
PGA golf professional Jerry Wampler and his staff provide golfers with course tips, private lessons, clinics, and programs for players of all ages. Top quality merchandise is available at the Rock Harbor pro shop. An outdoor pavilion is available for corporate/private use, seating up to 240 guests. The planning phase has already begun for a second 18 holes, and Rock Harbor will reveal its full breadth as a 36-hole championship course. Come tee it up and enjoy a rock solid golf experience.

Massanutten Resort

Mountain Greens Golf Course was opened in the summer of 1976. A challenging 18-hole championship design provides golfers a true test of mountain golf. Breathtaking views of our mountainous terrain, foliage, and natural wildlife are sure to enhance each and every one of your golfing experiences. Over the last few years, Mountain Greens has endured two renovation projects. In 2003, the back nine was completely renovated and reopened in July of 2004. In 2006, the front nine was renovated. Woodstone Meadows Golf Courseopened Spring 1998. It offers golfers a break from the typical mountain golf. The new layout provides an 18-hole, par 65 course consisting of nine par 3s, seven par 4s and two par 5s. The addition makes Woodstone a more diverse golf course catering to novice golfers while offering ample challenges for experts.

Stoney Creek

Golf year round in the Rockfish River valley on our nationally ranked Stoney Creek Golf Course, and you'll discover why Conde Nast Traveler magazine selected Wintergreen as one of the "Top 50 Golf Resorts in the World."

Upon completion of this gem, the "Open Doctor" Rees Jones remarked, "I think what Stoney Creek is to me, is one of the great settings in mountain golf.' And why not? Offering spectacular vistas of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Monocan, Shamokin and Tuckahoe "nines" wind their way through the ancient Rockfish Valley and combine to make this a contemporary design classic. Stoney Creek has truly become one of the most beloved tests of golf in the mid-Atlantic. And, as if players were not sufficiently challenged by the elevation changes, contoured greens and the occasional side hill lie, Jones brought the natural elements of the landscape into play: meandering streams, hardwood forests and pristine wetlands. When playing the course for the first time, one should be careful to not be distracted by the stunning scenery or wildlife ...… it may cost them yet another par.

Winter golf in Virginia? It's true. Few other places on earth provide the opportunity to snow ski in the morning and play championship-caliber golf later in the day. Because of a dramatic 3,300 foot change in elevation, it happens at Wintergreen. Won't you join us?
