Getting Sleep


The holiday season is in full swing, but preparation can be an overwhelming task.

Many of us sacrifice our sleep to get everything done, so here's a few tips to get you through the holidays on a good nights sleep.

  • First, make a schedule, that will ensure you don't feel frazzled. That schedule should include time to relax.

  • Second, stay away from heavy meals and alcohol before bedtime; both can disturb your normal sleep pattern.
