Charges Filed in Arson Case

WINCHESTER, Va. (AP) - Charges have been filed in the fire last year that did heavy damage to the Virginia Department of Corrections' Probation and Parole office in Winchester.

Authorities say Anthony Rickman, Natasha Saville and Dwayne
Funkhouser have each been indicted on charges of arson, use of a
firebomb and conspiracy to commit arson.

No one was injured in the fire in June of last year. Winchester Fire Chief Lynn Miller says the fire caused about 450-thousand dollars in damage.
