Students from the Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center gathered today to give a special donation to the Salvation Army. The money will go to disabled people in Florida who were affected by Hurricane Frances. Students collected $475 over a one month period. They say they wanted to start a mission project and it seemed fitting to provide assistance to people in Florida who have suffered so much from the hurricanes. "Its important that we show people that even though we may be in another place, or another world that we care and you don't have to only care for those around you, but you can care for those far away also," says Evette Elliott, a student at Woodrow Wilson Rehab Center.
