Virginia State Police have not decided whether to file charges in a fatal traffic accident that killed a 16-year-old Berryville girl.

State Trooper John Duckworth says Laura MacLaurin was a passenger in a car that pulled out on Route 50 in front of a recreational vehicle.

The motor home, driven by Wesley McCracken of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, overturned in the center median. McCracken and his wife were uninjured.

MacLaurin died at the scene. Duckworth says the driver of the car, another 16-year-old girl, was severely injured and was taken to Winchester Medical Center. Police have not released her name.

State Police spokeswoman Lucy Caldwell says it's uncertain if charges will be filed against the driver of the car.
