Smokers in West Virginia are fighting back against laws that prohibit indoor smoking.

A group called "Forces West Virginia" says state government has no business telling private business owners how to handle smoking. They say the research showing the harmful affects of second hand smoke are "junk science."

The group plans to fight indoor smoking bans on the books in 49 of West Virginia's 55 counties.
