I think this man is as guilty as the driver of the car that took Britts life. And he says he was a good friend to her, then tell me, why lie? Everyone knows what happen that morning. Everyone knows that is not your first race for either of them. Its time to fess up and tell the truth guys. Come on you owe that to Britt, RIP Britt.

From what I hear In the news Papers this man first admitted to racing the later changed his mind, when he learned his freedom was on the line. Did I hear this man claims to have been a good friend to Brittany?
