Several employees of the Augusta Correctional Center are being investigated for drug use.

Larry Traylor from Virginia's Department of Corrections will not comment on the case.

But, search warrants indicate hair samples have been taken from several employees to conduct chemical testing. According to the warrants, at least one employee may have distributed methamphetamines. Corrections employees are tested for drugs when they are hired. They can also be tested randomly.
