The Rockingham County Sheriff's Office is investigating the breaking and entering, grand larceny at a residence located in the Elkton area of Rockingham County.
Sometime between the hours of 3:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Sept. 25, unknown persons or person gained entry to a residence located on Trackside Drive and removed property valued at approximately $3,895.
Among the items taken are a Remington model 700 ADL, 25/06, Remington model 700 BDL, 17, Mossberg youth model 500-c, 20 gauge, Harrison - Richardson, 410 gage, Winchester model 190, 22 caliber, SS Kresge model 151, 20 gage, Leupold 6 x 42 scope.
