It was well wishes and a lot of support Thursday as one Valley dentist gave a very special gift to one of his co-workers.

In October, Dr. Stephen Paulette had just finished rigorous testing to become a kidney donor for Kelli Mitchel with whom he has worked for years.

Other co-workers say they're glad the surgery went well.

"We're all in support of it. We're like one big huge family here, and we're just glad that it all went well, and everybody is doing great," says Harold Wells, who works at the office of Drs. Biery and Paulette.

The surgery lasted for about two two hours. Paulette's wife, Dr. Biery spent the day at the hospital, and she says both are in great spirits and looking forward to recovery.
