Opponents and supporters of Dominion Virginia Power's proposed coal-fired power plant in southwestern Virginia came by the hundreds to speak to the State Corporation Commission.

If they decide to build this plant and the pollution isn't relased into the air, what are they going to do with the emissions once they "capture" them? Bury them in a landfill or dump them into the ocean?? Either way, if the technology exist or not, it's still going to be bad for the environment.
