A lawsuit surrounding a Valley trailer park will stay out of court, at least for another month.
The owner of the Race Avenue Trailer Park in Waynesboro and the Housing Authority were supposed to agree Thursday on how much the city will shell out for the park.
It wants to buy the park because it's in a flood plain.
The owner wants the city to consider his income from the park in its offer.
According to the owner's lawyer, both sides have agreed to wait for an income-based appraisal that will take place at the end of April.
