Friends and neighbors of Rachel Good's family say they're frustrated and they want closure on the missing Elkton woman's case. The Elkton Neighborhood Watch is offering a $20,000 reward for information that might help police find Good.

The 20-year-old Elkton woman vanished 16 months ago. Investigators consider her case a homicide. Watch members hope their role will make a difference.

"We've worked long and hard and we're hoping now that someone will come forward," said neighborhood watch member Haze Crider. "What you need to do is go out and talk to your neighbors and say to them I know you've heard something," said former Elkton mayor Lee Dearing.

If you have any information in this case, you're asked to call the Virginia State Police at 1-800-572-2260.
