He says he's is the man for the job, again. With the support of other Valley Republicans, Rockingham County Board of Supervisor Dee Floyd says he will run again to represent the 3rd district.
Floyd says he is proud of his record which includes Port Republic Road recently becoming a primary road. If elected, he says he will continue to try and find alternatives to the loop road. With a number of projects on the horizon, like the hospital, Floyd says he wants to see they go through.
"I felt I could better serve my constituents and serve my neighbors by staying on the board for four years if they so desire, " says Floyd. He will be running against a familiar opponent, Ken Patterson.
