The Staunton Community Service Board has been trying to move out of its existing location for more than two years.
According to Staunton Mayor John Avoli, The drawn out moving process has cost taxpayers a lot of money.
"I asked them how much they spent and they said $200,000 and $250,000,” commented Avoli.
