Ray Carr Tires went out of business on Friday. Some employees say paychecks they received two weeks ago bounced. They also say they did not receive their paycheck this past Friday and are not being compensated for unused vacation time.

One former employee says, "It's just not right. I mean, we've put in time everyday and we're loyal to the company and I don't think they should treat employees that way."

Lee Dircks is a spokesman for Ray Carr Tires. He confirmed some paychecks from two weeks ago did bounce, but he says they were reissued on different accounts last Monday and Tuesday and that a lot of employees just haven't picked them up.

Dircks also says this past Friday's pay and vacation is still up in the air. He says the company is working through its financial situation as quickly as possible.
