The case of the man accused of firing bullets at law enforcement is moving forward.
On Monday, Leslie S. Siron was indicted by an Augusta County grand jury on two counts of attempted murder against law enforcement.
Those charges stem from an incident on December 23, 2004, when Augusta County Sheriff's deputies say Siron barricaded himself inside his home, firing shots at them. Bullets hit police cruisers. Now, the grand jury has determined there was enough evidence against Siron.
He's scheduled for trial in late August.
