When it rains, it may pour, but there also may be some glimmers of sunshine. That's just what's happened to Waynesboro's Storm Water Management Project.
Although the Council originally cut its funding, it looks like the city now will be able to afford developing a storm water plan.
Monday night the City Manager announced that $60,000 is available.
It's coming from real estate taxes which had been pending appeal before the Board of Equalization.
