A Morgantown woman accused of smoking marijuana with her teenage sons dozens of times has been charged with three counts of felony child neglect creating the risk of injury.
Thirty-five-year-old Billie Shrout was charged Wednesday and later released on $15,000 bond.
The Dominion Post (http://bit.ly/MFIOr3) says the older boy told police his mother woke him up to smoke with her on his 15th birthday, and that they've used pot together more than 30 times.
The boy said his mother also lets his 13-year-old brother and a 17-year-old neighbor smoke with her.
Police say the boys are now in the custody of their biological father.
Shrout's home phone was disconnected Friday, and it was unclear whether she has an attorney.
