If you are a Staunton resident and you're experiencing a drop in water pressure, don't be alarmed.
Officials from the Department Of Works are working on a $3 million project to help modernize and make repairs to the water treatment plant.
Major repairs to the facility have not been made in 25 years. Officials say residents won't see a change in the quality of their water.
"We are going to continue to produce good quality water like we always have," said Tom Sliwoski Director of the Staunton Public Works, "we have always had good quality source water and we are always going to produce the best quality water possible."
