A new study conducted by the Center on Education Policy shows that art education has declined 35 percent in schools since No Child Left Behind was implemented in 2001.

Thanks for this article. The fall out from the NLCB Act does not surprise me. NCLB is a bad act and should be repealed. It has not, does not, and will not "add value" to becoming an educated human being. NCLB was designed to privatize public education, a horrid idea. I am glad that folks are finally waking up to the travesties of NCLB
