All power is restored in Harrisonburg after police reported a widespread outage across the city.
South Main Street, Reservoir Street and others were affected around 4 a.m.
Harrisonburg Electric Commission General Manager Brian Odell said a tree limb was on one of the power lines after the storm.
Odell said all power was restored by 6:18 a.m.
