A controversial Extreme Sports Park got the go-ahead from the Augusta County board of zoning and appeals, but it's not a done deal yet. The Expoland board still has to approve the park that would sit on their land and provide them income.

On Thursday, opponents to the park, who say it will be too noisy and lower area home values, say they plan to ask the Expoland Board to vote against the new park. The Board President says the vote can still go either way.

"I think they will look at all the things that are brought to them and the board members have valued the input of those who are for and valued the input of those who are against, as well. So we'll be looking at all of it, and I'm the same as all board members, I don't think any of us have totally made up our minds," says Jerry Pence, President of the Expo Land Board.

The board will hold a private meeting Monday to discuss their decision.
