Weight loss consultant, Beverlee Kline, says it's hard to keep the weight off with so many holiday parties to attend, but she says it's possible.
"Before you go out, eat a nice big salad. Lots of veggies. And know that you can limit yourself," says Kline.
Cindy Williams, Marketing Director at Nautilas Fitness Center, says, "Keeping that holiday weight off means more trips to the gym. If you're going to be eating extra, you're going to have to work out extra."
