Governor Tim Kaine continued his series of town-hall meetings Tuesday night, with his second set in Petersburg.

The governor plans to hold ten meetings statewide to talk about the state budget and other legislative issues as the General Assembly works overtime on the budget.

At the first meeting in Staunton Monday, Kaine said that he is likely to call lawmakers back to Richmond for a special session to deal with transportation issues.

Kaine said the special session would deal with transportation money for specific regions of the Commonwealth, and statewide maintenance issues.

More meetings are set in coming days in Newport News, Roanoke, Norfolk and Front Royal.
