More than 2-hundred horses from six different states are at the Rockingham County Fairgrounds this weekend. Riders of all ages were showing off their horses for the 2005 Tri-state Walking Horse Association Show. It's a two day event that's open to the public. Donations are accepted and proceeds go to the Virginia Walking Horse Association Youth Council. Joe Lloyd of Amherst Virginia has been riding horses since he was seven. He says he attends about twelve shows a year. "Win, lose or draw I just love to get my horse out there, see if they can work well, it doesn't matter if I win or lose, I just like to see my horse perform well," said Lloyd.
