A Harrisonburg man accused of trying to kill another man faces 25 years in jail. Thirty-year-old Reginald Wallace faced four felony charges.
He pleaded guilty to shooting into an occupied building and possessing a firearm. And, he entered Alford pleas to charges of attempted murder and use of a firearm while committing a felony. An Alford plea is not an admission of guilt, but an admission that there is enough evidence to convict.
Wallace was charged back in June with shooting at Howard Shackleford of Harrisonburg. He will be sentenced on Feb. 24.
