She is charged with helping set fire to her father in law's home. She, and her husband, are now going to trial.
Audra B. Cash was indicted by a Staunton Grand Jury on Monday for her role in a November fire on West Beverley Street. Her husband, Jim Cash, Jr. was indicted back in April. Both are accused of deliberately setting fire the home at 1634 W. Beverly Street on November 23.
The home's owner, Jim Cash Sr., was also charged, but died back in March. It's believed the three started the fire to collect insurance money.
