The 19-year-old suspect in the Interstate 64 shootings has been ordered held without bond on shooting charges in Waynesboro.

Slade Woodson of Afton and a 16-year-old co-defendant are charged with shooting firing shots at a house and a credit union in Waynesboro early Thursday. A General District Court judge ordered a May 12 for Woodson.

The Albemarle County commonwealth's attorney's office said Monday that a bond hearing for Woodson on the I-64 shootings has been set for Tuesday at 9 a.m. in General District Court.

Woodson is charged with shooting at six vehicles along an 11-mile stretch of I-64 early Thursday morning west of Charlottesville. Two motorists suffered minor injuries.
